Honest answers about privacy, goals, Free, and Premium.
Is NoChaser only for quitting completely?
No. You can choose full sobriety or cutting back during setup, and change your goal anytime. NoChaser keeps the same calm, judgment-free approach either way.
Can I use it if I just want to cut back?
Yes. If your goal is moderation, the daily check-ins and progress tracking adapt to support cutting back.
Do I have to join a community?
No. NoChaser is built for private change. There are no required meetings, groups, or forums. If a public community is what you want, this may not be the right fit.
Is my information public?
No. Your journal, cravings, and check-ins are private by default. There is no public profile or feed, and we never sell your data.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is an ongoing plan, not a limited trial. It includes private daily check-ins, progress tracking, craving tools, and crisis resources.
What does Premium include?
Premium adds Risk Radar to identify patterns associated with harder days, Future Me voice messages, weekly AI guidance, event planning, health metrics, and deeper data trends.
Can NoChaser replace therapy or medical treatment?
No. It is a daily companion, not a treatment plan. It works alongside professional care, never instead of it. If you are dealing with severe dependence, stopping suddenly can be dangerous, please consult a medical professional.
Is NoChaser available on mobile?
Yes. NoChaser is fully functional on your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen like a native app.
Do I need to download an app?
No. NoChaser works directly in your web browser without an app store download, keeping it off your public purchase history.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. You can cancel directly from your Account settings. If you cancel after a paid period starts, you keep Premium through that period without losing data.
